returns & refunds
• Personalised/Customised Items: We regret that returns or refunds are not available for any personalised or customised items.
•Non-Customised Items: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, contact us at salaam@petalsoffaith.com within this 7-day period. We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.Please ensure that the item is in its original condition - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase and any free merchandise (promotional items) that came with the product.
SHIPPING COSTS
Note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a signed-for or tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via a gift card. Debit/credit card refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account, while PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
EXCHANGES & DAMAGED ITEMS
